September is taking a bite into new apple products.

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s will be available on Sept. 25. New products will have iOS 9 and up to date features. The iPhone 6s is priced at $649 and $749 for the iPhone 6s plus.

To compare to the previous iPhones, they are the same size as the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus, 4.7 inches for the 6s and 5.5 inches for the 6s plus. The new phones are built with a different chip from the rest, A9 instead of A8.

During FaceTime, users will now have 5- megapixels unlike the other phones that have 1.2- megapixels. Higher megapixels will create a better picture. The new improvements enhance apps on the phones.

The camera will now have 12-megapixel camera quality. Apple has added a new sensor that focuses pixels to improve tone and optical image stabilization, a feature that Apple consumers are likely to enjoy. According to Apple’s website, the iPhone camera is the most popular camera in the world.

Another new addition to the camera is the live photos. To sum it up, it is like a GIF, a moving photo or silent short video that loops. Users can set it as their wallpaper to create a moving home screen.

A new phone calls for a new design. For example, the new phones are made with 7000 series aluminum which is the strongest alloy they have ever used on an iPhone model. The older generations only had silver, gold, and space gray for colors. They will be eliminating the gold option on Sept. 25.

Not only do the new phones have those colors but they also have rose gold. They also are now made with a Retina HD display made with the toughest glass screen on any smartphone in the world.

The newest feature is 3D touch. Like the old phones they have ‘tap,’ ‘swipe,’ and ‘pinch,’ but now it introduces ‘peek’ and ‘pop.’ The two added touch sensors let one preview content and interact to it without having to actually open it.

It allows users  to answer a text message without leaving the app they are already on. Although Apple has made useful and helpful features, they still have not fulfilled consumer’s requests. For instance, three-way FaceTime or better battery life.

The new features show promise and potential. They will enhance the phone and hopefully they will function thoroughly without problems.
