With the school year coming to a fast pace end, many students are struggling to find a job, or college opportunities.

On Feb. 7, a career fair hosted by the Hillsborough Education Foundation allowed students to learn about things such as manufacturing, commercial driving and engineering.

At this fair students from all over Hillsborough County went to Coca Cola Florida, Feeding Tampa Bay and Softwerx.

The fair provided a look at what real word jobs are like as adults.

“[It’s important] to see jobs in the real world as opposed to on paper, you get to see it in action,” Gaither’s Career and College Counselor Kathryn Branham said.

Students can stay informed about college and career events by referencing the “Gaither Guidance/College & Career” group on Edsby.
