This past Friday G-Eazy’s Endless Summer Tour made its stop in Tampa at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. G-Eazy performed alongside Lil Uzi Vert, TY Dolla $ign, YBN Nahmir, Murda Beatz, P-Lo and a surprise guest of his girlfriend Halsey for his second to last show date.

At the show G performed music from his new album, “The Beautiful and the Damned” along with some of his older music and new songs with the other artists he toured with.

In light of rapper Mac Miller’s death, which was announced earlier that day G decided to pay tribute.

During the show, a picture of Mac Miller illuminated the screen behind G-Eazy as he performed an old song of his called “Everything Will Be OK”. The song tackles G’s own experience with death, specifically relating to what had happened to Miller. At the end of the song G broke down crying and told the crowd to live life to the fullest.

G later posted on Instagram regarding the performance, ending his caption with “Rest peacefully bro, we miss you.”

The Tampa show was unique and unlike any other of the tour. G then ended the show by thanking the crowd and leaving the stage. After the emotional set, G-Eazy cancelled the after-party saying, “It wasn’t fitting”.
